So, this is my 3rd post...

....but it was supposed to have been my 2nd. I started it on Thanksgiving Day 2025. I got interrupted and never came back to it. Much happened in the meantime with work and business and family and church.
I can make all the excuses that I want, but that's what they really are... just excuses.

Below is picking up from where I started and ended. I'll try to pick up the thought that I had from that point on.

I assume that after i get a few of these under my belt, I'll stop listing off which number post that it is, but for now... if you're reading this, well... this is just what you get.

Honestly, if you are readying this, I'd be asking you, "why in the world are you reading this? Don't you have more important things to attend to?"

But, if you're like me, then I get why you are. We're complete strangers and likely have very little in common with each other other than... some sort of voyerism and living through others experiences and thoughts.

And that's where I ended.

I don't even know what was going to write about. I don't even know why I was writing that day. I've changed my thoughts about WHO I am writing to (my sons and grandkids) and WHEN I'm going to be writing and WHAT I'm going to be writing.

I came up with the title of this post b/c Elton John was humming in my head. And I remember that I was going to write something reference to that, but what is was...

I have no idea.

And that's okay.

I don't need to remember everything. I have a hard enough time remembering the things that I'm supposed to.

This is just writing slop, hoping that I can become a better writer down the road.
